As the sun began to set, the blue sky of a hot summers day became less intense and the clouds stretched across the sky. I used a long exposure to soften the appearance of the sea and make the most of the beautiful light shimmering on the water of the Inner Sound. The Islands of Raasay and Sky can be seen in the distance.
